Job Description

My client based in Exeter, areseeking a PA to support theirCEO. The rolewill be a fast-paced busy role with some overseas travel required and would suit someone with previous PA/EA experience. The role is full-time (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm)and office-based (although some flexibility for hybrid working may be considered in the future following a 6 month training/probation period).Job PurposeTo provide full PA support to the CEO in a fast-pace entrepreneurial organisation. Duties will include forward planning, extensive diary management and travel booking, mailbox management and maintaining high-level internal and external relationships, includingthe Executive team.Key Accountabilities

  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Arranging and booking travel itineraries, including chartered flights
  • Monitoring and managing the CEO’s mailbox and correspondence, responding and dealing with communication on their behalf
  • Ensure agendas/itineraries for meetings are organised proactively and in advance of meetings
  • Attend meetings and take confidential meeting minutes, follow up on actions
  • Assist information flow and coherence amongst the senior leadership team
  • CEO gatekeeper, screening initial enquiries and handling them appropriately
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Build cross-functional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Woking closely with the extended Executive Assistant team, supporting each other to ensure continuity.

Essential experience
  • At least 5 years of PA experience, ideally at C Suite level
