Job Description

Estate Agency Sales Coordinator required for a respected estate & letting agent in the Exeter outskirts area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ideally with property experience to join an established team in a beautiful location with a salary upto £26,000.Primarily responsible to support the sales negotiators through sales chasing, telephone answering, office cover, viewings management, client liaison, and general office administration duties.Our client is looking for a confident and personable individual with excellent people skills to work in their busy small office. Responsibilities will include the production of property details which are published online and in property brochures, arrangingand managing the viewing diary, dealing with vendor and applicant enquiries.Experience of Photoshop type software would be desirable, some estate agency /property experience preferred. No specific educational qualifications are required but excellent English and computer skills are essential.Specific tasks will include

  • Sales progression
  • Dealing with clients face to face and over the phone
  • Responsible for managing vendor contact for the company
  • Sales details production and property launch
  • Viewing management
  • Telephone answering
  • Organise office meetings / rota

Full time office-based role in the Topsham office, Mon - Friday with the occasional Saturday morning (once a month approx.).Salary & commission package based on experience / candidates particular skills but in the region of £23-£26,000 per year.
