Job Description

The opportunity This is an exciting new role for a digital communication specialist looking to develop their career in a professional services environment, focused on both the technical and content aspects of digital marketing.Joining one of the leading law firms in the South West, youll be part of a friendly and supportive Marketing & Client Development team looking to take its digital estate and marketing efforts to the next level. Whether you are early in your career or lookingfor a new challenge, youll have the opportunity to advise on and deliver digital solutions that improve support for and engagement with our clients, helping the firm to achieve its ambitious strategy for the future.About You:

  • Work with the marketing communications manager and digital agency to design and develop our website, ensuring we build and maintain a best-in-class and brand-enhancing user experience.
  • Draw on data sources such as google analytics, Crazy Egg and other analytical tools to drive improvements and engagement with the target markets through digital and direct marketing channels.
  • Help to develop how the firm uses its social media channels - training and supporting the Marketing & Client Development team and the wider business teams as needed.
  • Manage the firms email marketing system, working with design specialists to create templates and processes that deliver value-add for clients and contacts.
  • Support with the development of digital content for sectors and teams.
  • Work with the marketing communications manager and agency support on SEO and digital advertising projects.
  • Keep up-to-date on best practice and trends in digital marketing and advise the business on the opportunities and implications as needed.
  • Ensure that all digital and communications activity brings value to the audience and is in line with the firms brand identity and tone of voice guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful high-quality design.
  • Support the wider Marketing & Client Development team on strategic and ad hoc projects that will help to deliver the firms strategy and where your skills will bring value and insight.
The expertise and experience youll need
  • A minimum of three years experience in B2B digital marketing, publishing or website management.
  • Able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent B2B digital copywriting skills- Experience in using back-end CMS platforms- Knowledge of statistical analysis- Strong skills in Microsoft packages (in particular MS Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A well-organised self-starter, with a positive attitude and flexible approach
  • Confident, professional and effective, able to make things happen and engage with people at all levels across the business
  • Always acts professionally and ethically, protecting confidentiality of the organisation and clients.
  • Willing to roll sleeves up, continuously learn & develop skills and think team first.
