Exeter City Council is seeking to recruit a Database Officer as part of the Housing Asset Team where you will play a pivotal role in assisting us to deliver our asset management strategy to maintain and increase our housing stock. The postholder will be required to assist in the management of our databases including the collation and production of reports, data analysis and system verification.Our Housing Asset programme has seen us set, and meet, ambitious targets, for Health & Safety, compliance, whole house holistic R&M and planned works activities including delivering our own development programme to Passivhaus Standard, and through our place shaping approach we are building strong communities across the City.
