Job Description

We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a friendly and professional team, working with them to provide first class aftercare to their customers. You will have exceptional communication skills, liaising with customers on the phone, via email and also in written correspondence. As a Customer Service Co-ordinator you will need to follow strict company and industry guidelines to achieve positive outcomes for all customers handling time-specific enquiries and scheduling appointments and required work . You will ideally have experience working in a busy customer service role along with strong organisational and administrative skills.Duties will include:

  • To provide excellent customer service ensuring agreed works are carried out to the highest standards adhering to relevant legislation and quality standards.
  • Liaising with clients and associated parties to take instructions and to receive/deliver updates.
  • Logging information accurately and consistently to enable effective working across the team.
  • Skills and Experience required:
  • You will have experience of working in a busy, and sometimes, pressurised, customer service role.
  • Strong IT skills including a good working knowledge of Excel.
  • You must be able to multi task and have a proven track record of using trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative and a pro-active attitude are essential, but you must also be a team player who is supportive of colleagues and enjoys working towards shared goals.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a high level of drive and enthusiasm to this role and in return will enjoy the opportunity to work in a friendly and professional team. You will enjoy a busy, fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same.Full time office hours Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. Required skills
