Job Description

STARTING SALARY £24k DOE | HYBRID | COMMISSION AND ANNUAL BONUSA high-growth technology company, based just outside of Exeter is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Recently moved to a new state-of-the-art office, the company are looking for like-minded people who share their values; Care Deeply, are Innovative, deliver excellence, put the customer first, are friendlyand celebrate individuality.This role offers Hybrid working. Monday - Friday 08:30 - 5:30, 40 hours per week.Customer Service Advisor responsibilities include: -

  • Conducting fact-finding calls to clients
  • Liaising with third-party companies to ensure a timely and smooth process
  • Monitoring internal systems and CRMs to ensure data is kept up-to-date
  • Managing the customers expectations ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Performing ad hoc tasks required by the business
Customer Service Advisor requirements include: -
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • Competent Computer literacy skills
