Customer Sales Advisor, £18,677 plus up to £2400 bonus per annumThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Advisor to join a rapidly growing organisation and be part of their exciting development plans. As a Customer Advisor you will be a key member of a busy and vibrant team dedicated to effectively processing and converting customer enquiries as part of a friendly and supportive team. This is a predominantly telephone based role which will suit a friendly and proactive individual with exceptional customer relationship skills. This role is NOT a sales role and will not involve any cold calling; you will be handling predominantly incoming calls and enquiries and supporting customers through their purchasing journey, advising and answering product and service related questions. We are looking for personable, empathetic Customer Advisors who posess a patient and calm approach.Duties will include:• Talking to customers who have demonstrated an interest in products and services and supporting them through the sales process.• Building rapport and using opportunities to develop sales.• Completing all inbound and outbound calls in line with customer services KPIs• Scheduling appointments for field based colleagues.Skills and Experience required:• You will have previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment, making inbound and outbound calls.• You will need to demonstrate strong listening skills and have a friendly and reassuring approach.• You will be well organised and enjoy working as part of a team towards shared goals.The ideal candidate will have a friendly and calm customer service approach even when working under pressure.
