In this role, you will be responsible for making it just that – delivering an exceptional customer experience and streamlining their journey with us. You will achieve this through leading, motivating and developing a team to provide in-depth expertise at all touchpoints throughout both the Sales and Aftersales journey.This is an extremely varied role in a high pressure, fast paced environment. You will have overall responsibility for the Sales Centre, ensuring that the team are delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, maximising customer retention and driving revenue generation. Ensuring that internal financial and manufacturer objectives are continuously met is an important part of this role. Whether a customer is looking to buy a new or used vehicle, or have their existing vehicle serviced at our first class facility, your team will be their key point of contact to exceed all needs and expectations and ensure their Hendy experience is second to none.Using your proven leadership skills, you will be responsible for setting a budget and business plan for the centre, ensuring that colleagues across all departments are aligned and working cohesively to achieve the same goals. You also will take accountability for the relationship with the Service department to ensure that the Sales to Aftersales journey is seamless, ensuring that your team act as the single point of contact for customers and effectively deliver an optimised customer experience.Customer Experience Manager - About YouTo be considered for this opportunity, you will:
