Job Description

A proactive and commercially astute Credit Controller is needed to join a highly successful fast-paced business at their office on the outskirts of Exeter, close to the M5. This is a hands-on accounts position working as part of a friendly busy team andreporting to the Accounts Manager you will be taking responsibility for the sales ledger function and credit control duties.Credit Controller & Sales Ledger Administrator - The Role:

  • Building relationships with customers through telephone and email contact, chasing payment for overdue invoices.
  • Regularly review outstanding debt with the Accounts Manager
  • Processing sales invoices and credit notes onto Sage.
  • Processing and allocating customer receipts on Sage.
  • Dealing with customer account queries
  • Issuing out monthly statements
Credit Control & Sales Ledger Administrator - The Person:The successful candidate will have previous credit control or sales ledger experience. An effective communicator, you will possess an approachable personality and a confident, positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work usingyour own initiative.
