Job Description

Our client, a renowned name within the Housing Association industry, is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a temporary three-month contract. The organisation offers a supportive team driven ethos.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this position is £12.29 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) OR £13.59UMB. Working arrangements for this position are 100% from home.The ideal candidate will have previous experience using Oracle.Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Identifying credit balances and unpaid cash on the ledger and working with the income team to allocate and match credit notes
  • Supporting the income team making calls to customers and clients to increase income
  • Reviewing customer set-ups within Oracle to ensure that the correct statements and invoices are sent out
  • Assisting the Billing Supervisor with invoices on large accounts
  • Reducing emails within the income team mailbox
Working hours:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5pm (flexi-time available)
