The firm has embraced flexible long term working approaches with mix of remote to office working on offer withflexible hours and hybrid working.DescriptionJoining as Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Director based from their Exeter offices you will take on a key position here, leading and developing the firms corporate tax service line, managing the wider tax team alongside the delivery of wide ranging complexcorporate tax advisory project work to the firms clients delivering a wide range of corporate tax solutions with just some examples including property transactions, capital allowance claims, R&D tax credits and cross border transactions, structuring acquisitionsand disposals, group reorganisations, due diligence and other project work. You will look to work with Directors and Partners on the further growth of their tax department, carving a key role within the firm with a clear path to career progression on offer.ProfileYou will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and you will have developed your career to the Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Corporate Tax Director levels with a corporate tax focused career background having been developed within either a mix of in house / accountancypractice firm background, or within a practice focused career throughout.
