What will you do

Advise on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases and leases
Build relationships with existing and new clients
Clients will be both public and private businesses, National and regional to include banks, developers, and landowner clients

The Team:

This team has approximately 7 Fee Earners, 3 Paralegals + support
The welcoming team includes many long standing employees with wide ranging experience and reach

What will you need

To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year PQE
Commercial Property experience
Any experience of managing or mentoring other more junior colleagues would be an advantage, but not essential
