You will be responsible for enteringclinical and non-clinical data into our clinical content management system with the highest levels of accuracy.Other duties will include:- Input and quality checking of clinical and non-clinical data in the content management system with high accuracy levels and attention to detail in accordance with Editorial Policies and Work Instructions.- Review and updating of Editorial Policies and Work Instructions.- Own development and achievement of personal objectives by fully participating in appraisal processes and contributing in team meetings- Work closely with Customer Services and other client facing teams in supporting customers/stakeholders and resolving queries- Responsibility for completing workload within the agreed targets and actively participate in the data release process. Training and continuous professional development of self/colleagues to achieve highest standards of accuracy- Working collaboratively with other FDB teams and stakeholders to maximise the effective use of our Solutions- Ensure professional communication both orally and in writing and that any communication follows business protocols- To improve the promotion and maintenance of quality standards and support prompt error resolution- Provide support for specific project work to meet new and existing customer requirementsAbout You:To join us as a Clinical Researcher, youll need:- Previous clinical experience, such as clinical content maintenance OR a 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline, at a minimum- A high level of IT literacy, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel and great typing skills- The ability to accurately enter complex clinical data- Excellent logical, analytical and problem-solving skills- The ability to work well as part of a teamExperience within a healthcare or software development organisation would be beneficial, as would any experience gained in the NHS.
