Health cash plan, annual healthassessment, fruit, snacks, and a range of drinks & refreshments provided including fizz, plus monthly payday patisserie delivery to the office!The Role: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be working in our clients gorgeous city centre office within a team of 8 and you will be working closely with a Sales Negotiator to handle the sale of properties, from the time they firstcome to market through to completion. You will be responsible for arranging viewings, market appraisal.Your key responsibilities will include:· Work collaboratively with the Sales Negotiator to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.· Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them updated on progress and addressing any concerns or queries.· Demonstrate excellent time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.· Utilise your interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.· Provide administrative duties to the Negotiators and agency team.· Organisation of enquiries and appointments· Arrange viewings with both buyers and sellers.· Monitor, review, and edit the property adverts.Your skills and attributes:· Professionalism, presentability, reliability, and a positive attitude are key.· Experience in property industry is beneficial, however not essential, you may have gained excellent experience in customer service or sales in different industries.· Excellent organisational skills· Strong interpersonal and communication skills· A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.· Motivation and energy to excel!To apply: If you are interested and would like to apply, either send your CV to , apply online or call Sarah on .Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
