Job Description

Clerk of Works (Mechanical)Location: Exeter (Hybrid)Salary: Starting salary will be from £41,732 up to £51,283 on Grade F, depending on qualifications and experienceContractual hours: 36.5Application closing date: 18/12/2023Finance, Infrastructure and Commercial Services / Estate ServiceThis role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.This new full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.Summary of the roleThe post-holder is responsible for the provision of site mechanical inspection services, quality control and commissioning on all estate projects. Such projects will include the construction of new build projects and extensive refurbishment works to decarbonisethe estate as the University moves towards net zero in 2040.
