A leading Exeter accountancy practice is offering the chance for an AAT/ACA/ACCA accountant to develop their career within a growing Business Recovery and Insolvency department. Joining as Business Recovery & Insolvency Administrator the team are lookingto develop someone coming from a background so far in accountancy practice, working on any of audit/accounts/tax etc who is looking to diversify their technical skills and move into this sector.Client DetailsA highly successful Exeter based accountancy practice that has experienced impressive growth. The firm acts for wide ranging clients in turnovers and size from smaller, start up, entrepreneurial businesses through to larger corporates, AIM listed and significantsized groups up to circa £200 million in turnover for instance, with a wide ranging OMB client base across varying industries. Their business recovery and insolvency department acts for Large Corporate Organisations, SMEs and smaller assignments on the corporateside across varied sectors to include retail, construction, manufacturing, charities as some examples. Alongside this the department also undertakes personal insolvency, bankruptcies and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) work. Excellent training, supportand appraisals systems are in place and on offer to encourage and support the right professionals looking to carve a career in this sectorDescriptionBased in their Exeter offices you will develop your career as a Business Recovery & Insolvency Administrator with increasing involvement across all areas of this sector as you develop, learn and progress within a team of highly experienced insolvency andcorporate recovery professionals providing ongoing support, guidance and mentoring. You will learn and develop the skills across both corporate and personal insolvency work with involvement across administrations and CVAs, liquidations of insolvent and solventcompanies, along with bankruptcies and IVAs. The managerial/senior managerial and director/partner support group will support and develop the right person making this transition from a more standard accountancy practice role and will encourage, support anddevelop the right professional. You will utilise your existing skills across accounts, bookkeeping, tax, VAT etc preparing reports and assisting through the process.ProfileFor this Business Recovery & Insolvency Administrator role you will be any of AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified, with a career background so far developed withihn the accountancy practice sector.
