Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Consultant - Prop-Tech PlatformLocation: Home-BasedSalary: £30,000- £40,000 Basic, OTE £112,000 + Car Allowance About the company Ou client is a leading provider of innovative prop-tech solutions revolutionising the property sector. They offer cutting-edge software-as-a-service (SAAS) platforms that empower property professionals to streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences,and drive growth.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Consultant with a proven track record in selling SAAS solutions.As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the property sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking enquiries from potential sales prospects. and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Delivering Demos to Clients "virtually" and Face-to-Face when required to showcase the value of our prop-tech platform.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Acting as a passionate advocate for future products.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance objectives.
  • Achieve the monthly and annual targets.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally selling SAAS solutions.
  • Previous experience in the property sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently
