Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the business team- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Support the team with various clerical tasks as neededQualifications:- Customer Service skills- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to type accurately and efficiently- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Experience with data entry and office administration tasks- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
