Job Description

Project Architect, Totnessup to £45k DOEWould you like to join a small very high end chartered consultancy in Totnes If so then there is an opportunity for a Project Architect to join a sociable team of Architects with a passion and interest within Passivhaus and sustainable Architecture. You would have the opportunity to be running projects through all RIBA stages at bothdesign and technical level as well as working on larger scale master plans for community ownership schemes.It would be a huge advantage if you have Passivhaus certification, however this is not mandatory but you would be expected to believes in social and environmental value and play an active role in delivering at a technical level.   • Project Delivery
  • Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
  • Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
  • Preparing concept scheme designs from client briefs
  • Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Managing planning applications, and building regulations
  • Solving any issues that may arise
  • Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
  • Visit site for inspections
  • Assist in business development
  • Project delivery across all RIBA stages
  • Recognised RIBA / ARB Part III qualification
  • Knowledge of UK best practice standards and UK experience
  • Good freehand sketching ability to a high level
