For the role of the Affordable Housing Administrator you will need to be able to regularly visit the Exeter office as required.Affordable Housing Administrator Responsibilities: Your role as part of our busy housing management team will include a broad range of administrative tasks such as filing, copying, opening, and closing files, some cashiering tasks and generally providing administrative support to the busy fee earners.Affordable Housing Administrator Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have had previous legal administrative experience or be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in legal work but training by the team will be provided.
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Proven high standards of client care is paramount
  • you will be willing to learn about working in the Law industry,
  • be efficient, flexible, very well organised with a can-do attitude,
  • an eye for detail
  • ability to work under pressure
  • work closely with team members
