Job Description

2nd Line / Deskside Support Engineer£27K + bonus + comprehensive benefits to include: 28 days holiday / Life insurance / Income Protection / Medical/Dentist insurance / eye test / gym membership + much moreBlended role - half week remote/ half week officeI am looking for a Deskside Support Engineer to join a fantastic multinational Financial Services corporation (no previous financial services experience needed!). You will enjoy working in a dynamic, client focused, caring and inclusive culture that is builton the foundations of entrepreneurial spirit.Experience required for 2nd Line / Deskside Support Engineer role:

  • Experience supporting modern desktop environments, Citrix, Azure Desktop, netscaler and end user computing technologies
  • Exceptional knowledge of industry standard applications such as the O365 application suite, Active Directory, Exchange, MDM solutions and deployment tools
  • Experience with networking and IP telephony
  • Administration of Airwatch, Insight, SCCM
  • Logical thinker with a clear and structured approach to troubleshooting complex environments
  • Understands and embraces continuous service improvement principles
You will enjoy a varied role working closely with the End User Support Team to provide second and third-line operational support, you will provide end user hardware, software and infrastructure support / resolution of incidents and service requests / Desktopsupport, asset provisioning, configuration, collection, software installation and low level commas room support.This is an important hire for the team - please APPLY NOW for full company information and job description.
