Job Description

Project ManagerThe Opportunity:We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to work across all areas of the business and take control of the planning, direction, implementation and documentation of all aspects of the projects worked on. This includes defining the testing approach and timeline, training the business users on providing their testing plan and scenarios, liaising withthe IT teams to ensure on-going alignment, coordinating testing execution and managing sign-off and go live decision process with the relevant parties.Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Project Management tools
  • Take ownership of strategic projects as identified by the PMO Manager.
  • Build partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Plan and implement projects in order to assist in the continued growth of the business as they move through an extensive and long term transformation period.
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables, define tasks and required resources and manage project allocation resources
  • Create schedule and project timeline and track deliverables
  • Present to stakeholders on progress, problems and solutions
  • Manage project related documentation,evaluate and assess result of project
Personal Attributes:
  • Project Management experience and knowledge within a multi functional business environment.
  • Team player, positive attitude and problem solvers.
  • Attention to details, highly organised, able to communicate and present information clearly.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Experience of working with Project Management software tools desirable.
  • Good database skills and general MS office.
