Customer Support ManagerThe Opportunity:The Customer Support Manager will supervise a team of 5 technical Customer Support and Internal Sales staff, who provide a first class service to our UK customers within the agricultural sector.Job Responsibilities: You will manage a team of 5 Customer Support Specialists, who in turn, provide technical support, advice and expertise (on agricultural machinery parts) Creating a can do culture in customer problem solving and resolution Execution of appropriate customer promotions provided by marketing teams Create opportunities for further sales with outward calling Buddy System Resolve customer requirements same day through liaison with other internal departments Continual review of processes and resources to optimise customer experience Motivation and management of the team of 5 staffResponsibilities: Ensure service levels of the team of 5 Advisors meet customers requirements (e.g. answering phone, live chat andemail). Manage the team with training and information as required Meeting team targets for answering incoming calls, email and webchat Execution of promotions and out calling Overseeing the administration processes for pricing, credits, orders etc. Managing, motivating and recruiting a team of customer oriented Support Specialists (within an agricultural supply environment) Continual review of processes to improve the customer experience Plan and support exhibitions and events such as customer open daysPersonal Attributes: You will have previous experience of managing a team of Customer Service or Sales AdvisorsThe ability to lead, mentor and motivate others.Excellent communication and administrative skillsGood database skills and general MS office.Associated Benefits:Life assurance cover 2 x basic salary (rising to 3 x basic salary for pension scheme members)Company Pension Plan - Employer contributions of 6% (with min of 3% employee contributions)25 days paid annual leave + bank holidaysSubsidised critical Illness medical insurance plan Company profit share scheme, following 2 years service.Working Hours:9-5.30 Monday to Friday
