I am working on behalf of a key client of minebased in Surrey (Epsom/Ewell area) who are looking for a finance officer/Assistant Accountantto assist them through a busy period whilst they implement a new system. The new system is called Business Central (also known as Dynamics 365 or formally Navision), if you have used any version then they will potentially be interested.The role will be to provide bookkeeping and administrative support across the Finance team. Areas of work include posting income, covering the purchase and sales ledgers when required, month-end processes, ad-hoc reporting, supporting budget holders, banking and procurement. You will need to have excel experience to an intermediate level to include; Vlookups and pivot tables.You will need to have the following:Nav/Business Central system experience (also known as Dynamics 365)Practical accounting experience including use of finance systemsStrong numeracy skills Good organisational skillsStrong communication and team working skillsThe ability to work from home independently (lap top will be provided)If you are interested and feel you have the experience please reply with your updated CV.
