Job Description

I have partnered with a client who is looking to recruit this post on a full time, permanent basis. This role could suit an experienced Accounts Assistant/Finance administrator or someone with a years experience in finance.Hours: 8 - 5 Monday to FridayResponsibilities:

  • Account Receivable administration and management
  • Debt management for UK & Ireland
  • Gathering, analysing and interpreting relevant financial data
  • Management of travel requirements and expenditure
  • Purchasing
  • Internal Project invoices and resources
  • Fleet support management
  • Creation of reports and analysis as required
  • Purchase Ordersmanagement and control
  • Control of company assets Supporting Head of Department with administration
  • Participate in internal and External Audit
  • Maintain reports on financial metrics
  • Keep record of invoices and tax payments
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Assist in preparation of year end audit
  • With Finance Director, improve financial controls within the organisation
  • TAX and VAT charges records and reporting by customer
  • Maintain supplier register to ensure that the company is compliant with IR35
  • Assist in preparation of monthly internal reports
  • Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
  • Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
  • Review of supplier contracts to ensure we pay competitive prices
  • Any other tasks as required
