Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Associate DirectorUp to £75k OTEThe RoleRowan Group is looking for a charismatic professional individual, an enthusiastic originator who can evidence strong collaboration and ownership mentality to join them as an Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Associate Director.The BusinessEstablished in 2011 by Directors who successfully sold a £30m VC backed recruitment business, Rowan are an SME focused Executive Search Consultancy with 3 specific divisions: Sales & Marketing, Finance and C-Suite.Rowan’s bespoke Executive Search Consultancy aims to seek out and select the best professionals for each client and their open roles. Dedicated Researchers deliver a tailored approach to head hunting while our Directors put selected candidates through their paces with our internal assessment, ensuring we find the highest calibre candidates.With significant year on year growth Rowan are now investing in their future with expansion across all disciplines during 2020 in keeping with the success of the company so far.The Requirement

  • Deliver the Vision within your agreed area, ensure Rowan is known to the relevant Ambitious SME and Entrepreneurial Corporate businesses in your area
  • Identify businesses seeking to improve the quality of their teams, achieving a target level of retained or exclusive Vacancies every month and referring other opportunities
  • Recruit, develop and retain consultants for your area to target achieving levels of performance with a reputation for quality of service.
  • In combination with your consultants, you’ll deliver a market leading CMS with a reputation that delivers recommendations.
  • Deliver the ETP, ensuring the vacancies you elect to take on are successfully converted.
  • Ensure you have a high performing team delivering service excellence at every level - demonstrated through consistent Revenue, KPI’s and feedback.
