Job Description

Are you looking for a great new opportunity to share your skills and experience as a Sales Advisor with an established business in Buckshaw Village PR7!Pay Rate for Sales Advisor: £20,000 - £23,000 plus commission (OTE £35,000)Hours of work as a Sales Advisor: Monday - Thursday 9.20am - 6.30pm, Friday 9.15-3.30pm, 30 minute lunch breakBenefits of the Sales Advisor role:

About the Sales Advisor role:This role focuses on handling outbound and incoming leads produced by the companys marketing activity and data sources.
  • You will utilise your knowledge, experience and skills, to optimise the number of sales opportunities selling insurance and other related products and achieve individual and team sales targets through following the sales process
  • You will be responsible for the accurate gathering of information and assessing client financial situations.
  • Process advised sales of Personal and General Insurance and advise best solutions for customers from the wide product range.
  • Utilise the software available to achieve sales targets and deliver good customer service in a compliant manner.
The ideal Sales Advisor would have:
  • Proven sales background.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and
  • deadlines.
  • Ability to produce accurate work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in qualifying, presenting and closing sales opportunities.
