The Candidate will be expected to deliver objectives which include:· Searching for and sourcing the best candidates in the market for assignments.· Creating and developing relationships, ensuring feedback and updates are timely and appropriate to ensure the best candidate experience in the North West.· Ownership of the delivery of assigned projects, combining quality with pace to secure outstanding results.· Contributing at client brief meetings, writing candidate briefs and executing research strategy.The Candidate· A willingness and capability to focus on the detail, whilst multi-tasking.· A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.· Process driven, intellectually curious and a problem solver.· Tenacious in the face of setbacks, persisting with projects with continued enthusiasm.· A team player who is also comfortable working independently.· Internal and external interpersonal skills.Benefits:
