My client is a fast-growing software provider who offer a range of services to Eco Sector customers across the UK. They are award-winning in their field and are now seeking an Account Manager to support their growth. The role will involve managing customers through the sales process and beyond, ensuring they are fully conversant with the software.Duties in the role include general account management activity, building relationships with customers to identify opportunities to up- and cross-sell additional services, generating new business sales opportunities from the company CRM, provide online software demonstrations to prospective customers, and attend industry events in order to generate further market interest in the software.To be considered for the role, you must be focused and motivated to develop and long-term career in software sales, ideally possessing some previous experience of Eco/energy efficiency industries. You will be technically-minded, with a genuine interest in software and technology, coupled with the personality that will allow you to build strong relationships with customers.
