Applause IT is currently recruiting for a .NET Developer on behalf of this market-leading software business based near Chorley, Preston. The successful .NET Developer will be joining on the company on a full-time permanent basis and will be working remotely from home for the foreseeable future, due to COVID-19.The successful .NET Developer will be joining an interesting software house that primarily develops software solutions in the field of energy and utilities. This position is situated within small squad responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new features on the business award-winning cloud-hosted CRM. The squad work to Agile practices and routinely pair programme. The .NET Developer will be working with a Microsoft stack that includes C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics CRM. However, this is also a full-stack position and will also involve some front-end development with React. This position is essential as the business continues to expand and develop its international customer base. The .NET Developer will be participating in varied activities encompassing the entire software development lifecycle.This opportunity will suit an intermediate-level .NET Developer with a minimum of 2 years experience working with C# .NET and MS SQL Server. Front-end experience with React is highly desirable but non-essential. This is a chance to learn and further your technical skills. Fundamentally, the .NET Developer will be someone who enjoys sharing their ideas and is eager to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
