Job Description

Staff Nurse/RGN Ward - BankThe role:In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be responsible for assisting in the clinical care of our patients. Delivering outstanding care for our patients is at the heart of everything we do. You will actively promote and deliver best practice, contribute towards quality improvements, service growth and helping us achieve our objective of being awarded and ‘Outstanding’ rating from the CQC.Candidates should have:

  • Registered nursing qualification; registered with NMC
  • Acute surgical & medical experience essential
  • Sound written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Flexibility & adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Professional at all times, demonstrate honesty, integrity & ethics in the workplace
