Wholesale Account Manager - Fashion SupplierEssexA growing fashion business that supplies established retailers with premium athleisure, outerwear and multi-product jersey & woven garments has an exciting new role for a WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGER with apparel buying or wholesale account management experience to join its expanding head office team located in Essex.As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the critical path and full product life cycle from initial concept to delivery, and maintaining and developing the companys current customer base. You will attend design / sales meetings with retailfashion buyers to develop their ranges, whilst working closely with internal design and production teams to ensure the buyers designs and ranges are produced according to their brief. You will negotiate cost prices and delivery dates, sourcing new factories,fabrics and trims, attending and representing the company at trade shows, factory visits and shopping trips.The ideal candidate must have previous fashion apparel Buying or Account Management experience working for an established UK based fashion supplier or fashion retailer at a mid to established level. Possessing excellent trend awareness, presentation, negotiation,organisation and analytical skills with the ability to be customer facing. You must have strong knowledge of garment construction and production along with exceptional experience working directly with Far East factories and manufacturers, and willing to travel.You must also have strong I.T skills and knowledge of PLM.This is a fantastic opportunity to join the head office team for a trendy fashion supplier in Essex that offers employees a great working environment and remuneration package!
