Job Description

UX Specialist | Essex | £50,000 - £55,000UX | Agile | Wireframes |Our client, a leading technology and services organisation, are looking for an experienced UX Specialist to join their Product Management team. The UX Specialist will have a proven track record in transforming the user experience of web applications anddelighting users. The purpose of this role is to strengthen the product management and development process through understanding and optimising customer interactions.The UX Specialist will work collaboratively in sprints with the Product and Development teams as well as having wider interaction with internal and external users.Key Activities for the UX Specialist:

  • Leading UI/UX initiatives and user workshops
  • Analysing user behaviour using appropriate tools
  • Providing recommendations on tools and methodologies to understand user behaviour and inform product design
  • Providing recommendations to improve user satisfaction and efficiency
  • Assisting in designing new interfaces to transform the application interface
  • Providing wireframe, mock-ups, prototypes and other deliverables to assist with validating user requirements with key product stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to the product team meetings to help ensure we are developing products in the best way using latest technologies
Required Skills and experience for the UX Specialist:
  • Strong experience in UX / User Experience design with full development cycle from research, requirements analysis, prototyping through to delivery and measuring success
  • Experience in gathering and utilising quantitative and qualitative data to identify optimal solutions to user requirements and feeding this into the product management process
  • Experienced working in agile development teams
  • Genuine passion in understanding user requirements and behaviour, and providing the best possible experience for the customer
  • Strong responsive web and mobile design skills
