Job Description

A new role for an Order Processor, working for an established business in Essex, paying up to £22,000 + monthly bonus.Due to continued growth, a leading Essex company is looking for a sales order processor to join their team of 2. This team is the first point of contact for their commercial clients and they ensure accurate estimates are issued and managed up to point of order. The type of projects they will work on consist of high-end private work to commercial projects.The Responsibilities:-

  • Produce accurate and detailed estimates liaising with property developers, architects etc.
  • Ensure client specifications are understood and confirm their requirements
  • Keep up to date with client specifications.
  • Manage the workload to enable enquiries to be dealt with in-line with time scales and satisfaction levels.
  • Provide advice to customers and make amendments to their estimates / order if required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote further business.
    • Skills Needed:-
  • Attention to detail and ability to read technical plans.
  • Outstanding customer service both telephone and written.
  • Fit-out, Manufacturing, Construction or Planning industry experience would be advantageous.
  • Highly numerate and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office working knowledge.
