The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a highly respected International Organisation , to assist in their search for a Talend ETL developer.This position offers a fully remote working pattern (UK based) and you get to be part of an exciting and talented European development team.As a Talend ETL developer you will be working closely with the Technical Development Team Leader. You will help provide estimations for Initiatives or SDQ in terms of time and viability. Youll manage the development and maintenance of all ETL Productionprocesses (all Data Import, Data Export) as well as provide 3rd level support for all ETL jobs and data processes. Additionally you will be required to ensure that full documentation is produced for all ETL processes and get involved to discuss changes thatare needed to improve the stability and performance of processes.To be successful in this role you will need commercial experience with most of the following:Skilled with ETL knowledge (Talend).Experience some of the most common development technologies (PHP, C#, C++, .Net, VB , Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL, HTML, Scripting).Experience working with multiple systems and environments. (Linux, Windows, Networking, Virtualization.Highly experienced working with disparate data storage, systems and formats.Agile methodologies practitioner.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative organisation who support their staff, provide career development opportunities.
