Part Time (22.5 hours per week)We are looking for a motivated, confident and skilled individual to take on the role ofMusicSpecialist Technical Instructor inSt Andrews Healthcare.The ideal candidate will have a qualification within the Music sector, and/or considerable experience within the the arts industrywho has abreadth of skills and experience in delivering music which include, playing ability on guitar and drums and basicpiano. Also, experience of recording would be desirable but not essential.You will help to create, plan and facilitate music sessions for and with our patients alongside the others within your team. You will need to be a self-starter, innovative in your approach and committed to a person-centred practice.You will also be a strong team player and confident in building good rapports with all those who use our services.The ideal applicant will be; enthusiastic, have a can do, can help attitude, be organised and a creative thinker.Toassist our service users you will need to be flexible in your approachby supporting events, with occasional evenings and weekend working hours.In return, you will be part of an exciting, motivational arts team and will receive regular supervision and opportunities for personal and professional development.Rewards and Benefits
