Solicitor or Cilex Qualified Legal Executive - Minimum of 2 years PQE in Probate/Private Client workBased in EssexWe are recruiting on behalf of a well established Essex based Law firm who are looking for an experienced Solicitor with 2 years PQE in Probate/Private Client work OR a Cilex Qualified Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in Probate/Private Client work.They may also consider someone who is qualified by experience in Probate!This position is office based, they are closed to the public at the moment and you will have your own office so staying safe during the pandemic is not an issue here.The firm use the Leap Case Management software so the ideal candidate will have experience of using Case Management and will be a competent IT user and be self sufficient as there is limited admin support available.We are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience of running their own Probate/Private Client caseload for a minimum of 2 years, dealing with all aspects of Probate case management including liaison with both the Probate registry and HMRC.Salary £40,000 to £50,000 p.a. depending on experience! Plus Bonus Scheme!Full-time hours 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday!Free parking at the office! Very close to all transport links! Required skills
