There is an exciting opportunity to work as a Social Worker within, St Andrews Healthcare in Essex. The service in Essex provides recovery and rehabilitation treatment pathways for Menand Woman in our low secure, acute service and psychiatric intensive care, for service uses with complex needs, acute needs, and dual diagnosis and those with forensic background.The successful applicant will be a member of the multi-disciplinary team and have good communication and interpersonal skills. There is an expectation that the post holder will seek to develop their skills in the specialist area.You should be in receipt of a Degree in Social Work or Diploma in Social Work and have some experience with Mental Health Legislation including the Care Programme Approach.Joining our friendly social work team, you will be managed by a Lead Social Worker and are accountable to the Hospital Director. We provide regular supervision, annual performance review and opportunities for development.Regular supervision is provided and opportunities for development both in social work and other related practice issues are provided and encouraged.
