Job Description

Success Recruit are currently working with a Global Distributor within the construction industry who are seeking to recruit a Social Media Manager to join their growing and well-established team based in Central Essex.The successful Social Media Manager / Brand Influencer will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for creating, editing, and managing compelling content in visual, written, video or audio formats that are relevant for different audiencesand channels.The Social Media Manager / Brand Influencer role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and manages the companies entire influencer network across the portfolio of brands.The successful Social Media Manager / Brand Influencer will be expected to:

  • Have exceptional ability to write long and short form copy with demonstratable experience of writing blog articles, white papers, web copy and social media
  • At least one years proven experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
  • Be a strong team player, working within an experienced team
The successful Social Media Manager / Brand Influencer will be rewarded with:

Purpose of the Role: The Influencer Manager / Social Media Manager role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and manages the companies entire influencer network across the portfolio of brands.The successful candidate will support the Digital Marketing Manager deliver successful digital and social media campaigns and projects.Duties to include but not limited to:
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with implementing successful digital and social campaigns and projects.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, monitor and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Carefully manage key influencer contacts and networks across multiple brands and markets.
  • Apply excellent communication skills to create, nurture, manage and leverage relationships with industry influencers.
  • Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage allocated influencer marketing and social budgets.
  • Collaborate with creative colleagues and advise on the production of high-quality content.
  • Support with the production of high-quality content as required.
  • Provide insight to the broader marketing, sales and R&D teams on product feedback and brand sentiment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous content / marketing experience who is looking to develop their skills within content creation.
