TheEssex Service provides recovery and rehabilitation treatmentfor low securemental health service users with mental illness, as well as those with forensic background.The service in Essex caters for around75 adult service users, with Acute Mental Illness, Complex needs, Psychiatric Intensive Care and Locked Rehabilitation.The Role & PersonThe successful applicant will be a member of the multi-disciplinary team and have good communication and interpersonal skills. There is an expectation that the post holder will seek to develop their skills in the specialist area.You should be in receipt of a Degreeor Diploma in Social Work or equivalent and have some experience with Mental Health Legislation including the Care Programme ApproachJoining our friendly social work team, you will be managed by a Lead Social Worker and are accountable to a Clinical Lead.
