Job Description

Our Client, an award winning estate agency brand, are looking for an experienced Mortgage Sales, Training and Development Manager to join their very successful team. As a company, they have over 11 very well established offices based in the Essex and Kent areas.Priding themselves in their local, friendly service and industry knowledge in all aspects of the buying , selling and lettings process , their team of property experts ensure that all customers receive the highest quality service at all times.As a Sales, Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for covering the companies branches throughout Essex, managing and developing their current team of brokers and recruiting additional experienced and new entrant brokers to expand the team and increase business results.Some key duties include:

  • Management and development of a sales team to achieve company objectives
  • Coach, train, develop and manage a growing team of brokers to achieve their individual and team business objectives
  • Recruit and develop experienced and new entrant brokers
  • Develop an excellent working environment with the brokers and EA teams to ensure an effective working relationship
  • Carry out ongoing observations, provide effective feedback, coach and development of individuals and team under your charge
  • In return, they are offering a basic salary of £30,000-£35,000, with a car allowance and excellent, uncapped commission structure.PLEASE NOTE: You MUST be fully CeMAP qualified with experience in providing coaching and training within a financial services environment to apply for this role.
