Job Description

Sales Manager - UK, Netherlands and Belgium Based anywhere in the UK£60,000 to £70,000 per annum base salary, company vehicle, bonus and other benefitsI am recruiting for a Sales Manager to cover the UK, Netherlands and Belgium to focus on commercial growth across these regions as well as managing a team of field based Sales Representatives. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:- Consistently achieving sales targets and commercial growth through key account management, business development and managing existing sales team- Building and maintaining strong relationships, focusing on client needs and providing a solution- Developing sales plans and strategic growth across territory to grow brand presence- Developing sales strategies and initiatives with key audiences in mind- Forecasting sales in a detailed and accurate manner- Coach, mentor and lead the sales team while setting performance goals- Working closely with the marketing team to shape campaigns in order to drive new business and nurture existing client needs- Manage samples, stock and trends within territory- Work in partnership with Events Manager to assist in the organisation of trade shows, events and promotional days- Flexibility to travel to clients across the UK, Netherlands and BelgiumYou will have the following experience:- Proven experience in the above or similar role within Sales Management- Strong verbal and written communication- Experience of managing a team of Sales Representatives- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills- Solid understanding of sales and market trend analysis- Previous experience of CRM systemsIf you are a driven, passionate and successful Sales Manager looking to join a successful yet growing business, apply now!
