Job Description

Job Title: UK&I Maintenance Manager - OperationsQHSE ManagerSalary: Circa £60,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: EssexWe are looking for a QHSE Manager to support our clients dynamic teams in Essex. This pivotal role, reporting to the Plant Manager, leads a small team covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental aspects. If you are seeking an opportunity to drivesignificant improvements in a leading manufacturing and engineering environment, this role is for you.The QHSE Manager plays a vital role in managing customer quality expectations, ensuring products are manufactured with utmost safety and quality. You will be responsible for daily management of Product Safety and Quality BRC compliance, implementing QHSEpolicies, and utilizing quality tools like 8D, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis. Additionally, you will manage ISO, BRC, and internal audits to maintain high standards.Skills required for QHSE Manager:

  • Proven experience in Process and Quality Control.
  • Internal Auditor qualification.
  • Proficiency in Accident/Incident Investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of BRC Global Standard for Packaging Materials, ISO 45001, and H&S and Environmental legislation.
  • ONC/HNC in Manufacturing disciplines.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in Statistical Process Control and MSA studies.
