I am currenlty working with a hightly reputable and well known health charity to seek a highly motivated and experienced project manager to lead on the implementation phase of a new Wellbeing contract in Essex.This is a brand new area of work for the charity, delivering general health and wellbeing coaching and support to seldom heard from communities throughout Essex.This is an ASAP need, they are offering remote working with the need to vist in person for straticig and managment meetings in the Essex area (Colcherster/Chelmsford).Job purpose: The post holder will focus on service implementation and delivery of the charities Health and Wellbeing Health Service (seldom heard from communities) and mobilisation of a one year pilot smoking cessation support service with homeless communities in a definedarea.The post holder will focus on operational elements of service implementation including the production of operational frameworks, recruitment and staff training, and oversee the delivery of the service in the first few months.To keep the charity and Essex Stakeholders updated on all aspect of implementation and delivery.Personal Specification:* Experience of project management * Ability to identify and apply problem solving techniques and solutions to complex issues* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload knowing when to request senior support* Good level of literacy and numeracy, and confident ability in the use of Microsoft Excel and other tools* Experience of working with a range of partner agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams.* Good understanding and commitment to upholding values of equity, diversity and inclusion* Experience of working with a diverse range of communities * Experience of mobilising a health or other relevant service contract* Holder of a full drivers licence with access to transport, or ability to travel to Colchester.* Knowledge and experience of delivering social care or health related servicesWe want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
