Job Description

To retain & increase divisional gross margin & operating Profit. Manage & develop sales of Distilled, blended & alcohol products within the designated area (which may be changed from time to time) whilst liasing with the distillery.Client DetailsMy client are an established family owned business with a fantastic track record globally in the alcohol distillation industry, more specifically in Gin distillation.Description

  • Improve the company performance in line with Company Objectives & targets
  • Retention of existing customer base with meetings both on and off site
  • Retain & increase Gross Margin / Operating profit.
  • To develop & promote sales of Distillery products to new customers
  • To develop products sold by Distillery
  • To develop the purchasing relationships of the Distillery
  • To develop on & off trade sales of own brand bottled products
  • Submit detailed weekly visit / meeting schedule each Friday for the following week
  • Submit customer / potential project or meeting report (written) within 48 hours to Head Office
  • Maintain order knowledge via ERP order report
  • Track & trace accountability for divisions IBC inventory
  • Monitor customer payments and ensure payments are received on time
  • Track sales daily / monthly by volume by Product v budget
  • Maintain accurate files for each company /customer
  • Maintain Customer price updates generating improved margins, with prior Head Office approval
  • Ensure any breaches in systems or procedures are reported through completion of incident reports To maintain knowledge of legislation relating to all areas of the business & undertake relative training as required
  • To carry out duties as required to complete business objectives
  • To undertake specific projects as set by the Board.
