Job Description

ROLEYou will be joining our clients team of developers in producing templates for top S&P 500 and FTSE 100 globalbrands using leading front-end development techniques and tools. Their templates are customised webapps empowering their clients to create communication media using our clients proprietary framework,including print marketing, social media, and video with precise controls to ensure adherence to theirbrand guidelines. Your expertise will allow them to provide comprehensive solutions to their customers andimprove efficiencies in the companys processes.REQUIRED SKILLS

  • JavaScript (ES6/ES2015)
  • Object Orientated Programming (OOP) knowledge
  • Experience using version control software (GIT)
  • Experience converting supplied source design assets into web applications with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to transfer designs into templates: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with modern browsers and their development tools for debugging and testing web apps
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (able to communicate technical issues to non-technical people)
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities
  • Possess strong work ethic and team player mentality
    • DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
  • TypeScript and Microsoft Visual Studio Code
  • Responsive email development using HTML and CSS
  • Banner ad development
  • Any HTML5 Canvas framework: CreateJS, EaselJS, or PixiJS
  • Experience developing with front-end libraries and frameworks including: Bootstrap, and Handlebars
  • Familiarity and use of SOLID principles and design patterns such as State, Strategy, Factory, and Model-View-Controller (MVC)
  • Experience with modern tools and libraries used in front-end development stack, including one or more of: Node Package Manager (NPM), Yarn, and Webpack
  • Experience working withMVC frameworks such as BackboneJS, Angular, React, and/or VueJS(note: client does not use these frameworks, but it is beneficial to understand design patterns they utilise)
