Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: EssexSalary / Pay Rate: £ 30,015- £ 35,190Job Type: Permanent Full TimeThe Role:*To undertake legionella risk assessments to a high standard in line with the latest version of the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition) and its associated technical guidance documents of HSG274 and the British standard code of practice forRisk assessing, BS8580-1 2019. Also, the Health Technical Memorandum 04-01: Safe Water in Healthcare Premises as necessary*Carrying out legionella risk assessments predominantly using an electronic app based system but also manually as required*Producing schematic diagrams using Microsoft Visio*Provide technical support where required.*Ensure that Legionella Risk Assessments paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed timescales.*Where required, attend risk assessment review meetings with Clients.The Company:We currently have an exciting opportunity to work for the largest employer in Facilities Management in the UK, delivering a superior service to a broad range of public and private sector companies.
