HRIS Implementation Manager / Project Manager £350-£400 OUTSIDE IR35 Contract - 9 months (with possible extensions) Thurrock - Essex (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week) This well-known brand with both an extensive online presence and in-store locations around the UK are looking for a talented HRIS implementation manager.Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be the project lead responsible for the full implementation of a new HRIS system (yet to be secured), working collaboratively with all key internal and external stakeholders including HR, finance, IT, retailoperations and the vendor.Youll lead the end-to-end system implementation through all the phases and modules from vendor selection right through to implementation, training and beyond.We are looking for someone with the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders, who can roll up their sleeves up and get right under the skin of the requirements ensuring that the chosen solution delivers in line with objectives and is implemented efficientlyand on time.To do this you will need to be an expert and super organised project manager, with a proven track record of delivering HRIS systems, well versed in creating project plans, RAID logs, rollout plans and status reports.If this is you, apply today!
