Head of Risk Management & Legal Services-Inside IR35Our client based in Essex are recruiting for a Head of Risk and Legal Services. The successful applicant will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust Trust wide risk management and legal services function covering alarge number of geographic locations and a wide variety of service settings. This includes a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the provision of comprehensive advice and support to all staff and senior management in the management of risk and of allLitigation Claims (claims) and requests for information received under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and General Data Protection Regulation 2016/Data Protection Bill 2018 (DPA), ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation andwill contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the Trusts operational risk management strategy, Health and Safety policy and related work and they will provide the Trust with specialist advice and guidance on Health and Safety matters.
