Job Description

Head of Client Technology | Product | UK | B2B | B2B2C | permanent | JobHead of Client Technology (Product) is required to join a thriving organisation whose aspiration is use technology to help the business become the best version of itself.The Head of Client Technology will be a part of the IT Leadership team and contribute to the strategic direction of IT. Working with the CTO, you will lead the development of technology strategy and agree a delivery plan which is aligned to the broader ITstrategy and plan.The Head of Client Technology will manage all customer touch-points across a suite of B2B Products, with a focus on improving customer acquisition, retention and revenue through digital platforms. Facing-off to the C-suite, you will leverage your strongcommercial understanding to define a robust strategic roadmap for the Product function, driving both technological and business change, internally and externally.You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high performing, cross-functional team, driving cultural change towards a customer-centric, Agile environment. As a commercially minded Product leader, you will champion the user throughout everyQualification / experience

  • A strong-track record in a Client Technology leadership position
  • Experience leading high-performing Product and UX teams
  • Have experience ideating, building and launching successful B2B products
  • Have worked in scaling, iterative environments where you fail fast, and often
  • Have full end to end product experience with a customer focus
  • Have managed a product team, particularly Senior PMs
  • Have taken some successful B2B/B2B2C products to market
  • Be very comfortable with data rich/big data products, whether that be insight data specific products, or an analytics focus
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, and a good understanding of best practice, different methodology and problem-solving skills
  • Had a strong influence on building a product culture
  • Not afraid of implementing change, and excellent at building meaningful relationships with existing team members to achieve collaborative success
  • Owned the product vision for the business, where theyve can easily describe how much their users love their product
  • Have exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Be an experienced leader with a track record of developing and growing individuals and teams
  • Comfortable driving abstract ideas into tangible product improvements
  • Adept at collaborating with wider departments such as Marketing, Commercial and Operations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment - possesses the ability to work with ambiguity and meet changing priorities and demanding timescales
  • Has the resilience to skilfully handle challenge and setback
